What is "talking to change"?
Talking to change is a supportive way to help people find their own motivation to change. It focuses on understanding their perspective and goals, empowering them to make choices that align with their values.
Who can take part?

Adults in Scotland over the age of 18 with a confirmed diagnosis of diabetes

Have a history of, or a current foot ulcer
-
Live in an area with unequal access to resources or opportunities
-
Sufficient English language abilities to particpate in conversation based study and undertake completion of written questionnaires
Where are we recruiting from?
We are only recruiting participants who live in Scotland and can access NHS sites in the following areas:

Fife
-
Lanarkshire
-
Tayside
-
Ayreshire & Arran
